The COVID-19 outbreak is an urgent challenge to public health in cities and communities across Canada. FCM is committed to supporting member municipalities with information and resources to help keep Canadians safe.

Priority #1 for municipalities is to follow the advice of provincial/territorial and local public health authorities. FCM is maintaining close contact with the Public Health Agency of Canada and key federal departments and agencies. And we’re working with senior federal officials to explore how the federal government can support local response efforts.

FCM encourages members to review these resources regularly. We’ll continue to update this page with additional information as it becomes available.
