Local Government (Green Communities) Statutes Amendment Act - Bill 27

Under the Local Government (Green Communities) Statutes Amendment Act (Bill 27, 2008 [1]), local governments are required to include targets, policies and actions for the reduction of GHG emissions in their Official Community Plans (OCPs).

Attached is a resource list which will provide Local Governments with context and information related to taking climate action and a supplement for the series of Spring 2009 Regional Workshops about Bill 27.
