Local Government (Green Communities) Statutes Amendment Act - Bill 27 – Resources

Under the Local Government (Green Communities) Statutes Amendment Act (Bill 27, 2008), local governments are required to include targets, policies and actions for the reduction of GHG emissions in their Official Community Plans (OCPs).

Attached is a resource list which will provide Local Governments with context and information related to taking climate action and a supplement for the series of Spring 2009  Regional Workshops about Bill 27.
