The purpose of the Kassel International Dialogue on 100% Renewable Energy was to develop an international understanding of what it means for local governments to go to 100% renewable energy, to feature the work of leading cities, and for participants from 17 countries and four continents to share their best practices. The report from the dialogue is now available for download.

The City of Richmond is starting a pilot project called Climate Smart to reduce community-wide emissions and help local businesses measure and profitably reduce their carbon emissions through small-group training sessions, expert one-on-one advising, customized reporting and certification.
