Upcoming Webinar: Refresher on CARIP and Carbon Neutral Reporting
 
Local government staff are invited to register for a free webinar Refresher on CARIP and Carbon Neutral Reporting on March 14, 2017, which will include a background on the BC Climate Action Charter and the Green Communities Committee (GCC), and focus on the Climate Action Revenue Incentive Program (CARIP) and the GCC Carbon Neutral Framework. Staff from the Ministries of Community, Sport and Cultural Development and Environment will present and answer questions on CARIP and the Carbon Neutral reporting process.

Reporting Requirements
Local governments are required to report on their progress in achieving their carbon neutral goal under the Climate Action Charter. Get familiar with requirements for the 2016 reporting year.
 
Online Survey Instructions
This year's reporting process consists of a single online survey, the 2016 CARIP Climate Action/Carbon Neutral Progress Survey. Survey instructions and answers to FAQ are available to help with the survey process.
