Climate Change in the Urban Environment - Essential Steps to Enabling Resiliency is a one-day course for sustainability practitioners, emergency planning and response practitioners and community planning practitioners may find this particularly useful in their work. 

Event Description: 
Taught by Christine Callihoo MSc, RPP, this course will provide an overview of current knowledge regarding climate change and the steps to building and enabling community resiliency, with a primary focus on risks in southwest BC. Topics include: risk and vulnerability assessment, climate change resiliency planning and action, and emergency planning and response.
